Non Subscription Plan Website Activation (you maintain your website yourself)

1) Save yourself the time and hassle of maintaining your website by choosing our Standard or Pro Web Hosting and Web Maintenance Plans. We’ll maintain your website, do the web updates, pay the web hosting and annual domain name registration fee.

2) If you choose to maintain the website yourself (the Starter Plan) we’ll send you a link to become a Contributor to the website.

3) Fill out the web host registration form, pay the web hosting fee: $12/month (if paid annually) or $16/month (if paid monthly) and register your domain name (www.thenameofyourassistedlivinghome.com). The domain name is free for the first year with an annual subscription. The domain name annual renewal rate after the first year is usually $20.

4) Once you’ve registered on the web host platform we’ll switch your site from private mode (password protected) to public view (so everyone can see it on the internet).

5) We’ll transfer the site ownership from Contributor to Administrator and will delete your account from our web platform. We will no longer have access to your site.

6) You will make any changes to the website on your own (e.g. styling changes, text and photo updates) and pay the web hosting and annual domain name registration fee.
